Q: Are you a German restaurant?
A: Our menu features eclectic global cuisine with an emphasis on German and Alsatian-inspired specialities. Located in New England and on the shores of Bristol Harbor, we also have many fine fish dishes.

Q: What are your hours of operation?
A: Redlefsen's winter kitchen hours are 11:30 to 9 pm Tuesday thru Thursday. 11:30 to 10:00 on Friday & Saturday and Noon to 8 on Sunday. The lounge will remain open for our guests as late as they would like to stay.

Q: Do you have a lounge?
A: Yes, we have beautiful lounge adjacent to our dining room in which you can be quite comfortable for drinks and/or dinner. The fireplace in the lounge is double-sided and opens to the dining room also.

Q: Do you have outdoor dining?
A: Weather and season permitting, we have a lovely outdoor dining area that overlooks Independence Park and Bristol Harbor. The outdoor area is well protected from the elements and quite comfortable for dining al fresco.
