A delicious Winter comfort food. Eye of the round is marinated in red wine and spices for five days. This creates a wonderful German sweet and sour pot roast. Served with mashed potatoes, German red cabbage and seasonal vegetables.

Black Forest Chicken Cordon Bleu
A German take on the traditional French dish featuring infamously pungent Limburger cheese. Black Forest ham and a dash of Paprika make this dish a Germanic delight. Please ask your server about Limburger cheese if you are not familiar with it.

Pecan Encrusted Pork Tenderloin
Served with a maple cream sauce, mashed potatoes and seasonal vegetables
